Toni is a practising clinical nutritionist, committed to helping women
transition into menopause with energy and self confidence. She has seen
firsthand the power of diet and lifestyle change to support the body to
do what it innately knows how to do – remain in balance and return to
health, in the absence of debilitating symptoms.
She uses a unique
process in her 12-week program that addresses the cause of women’s
symptoms, allowing them to lose any weight they have gained and to keep
it off, clear brain fog, improve stress and sleep, and shake off body
aches and pains.
