Women’s Health Physio

I am a passionate advocate of pelvic health in Women, Men and Children. My main specialties lie in Pelvic Health, Musculoskeletal/Sports Physio and Pilates.

I run a Pelvic Health Service at Brinkworth House in Wiltshire and at the Ashcroft Practice in Cirencester as well as working as a Senior Pelvic Health Physio for the Great Western Hospital.

I treat all pelvic health conditions including bladder and bowel dysfunction, incontinence, constipation, prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy and post natal complications and coccydinia.

I am a trained and practising APPI Modified Pilates Instructor and in pre- and postnatal Pilates. I have studied Health Creation Mentoring working with clients to achieve optimum wellbeing. I have recently trained in hypopressive exercise through Low Pressure Fitness and done a course led by Julie Wiebe to help women return to running postnatally.

I am a strong believer in a holistic approach to healing and the delicate balance required to maintain health and wellbeing in all spheres of life.  I am a deeply caring individual and provide a safe, supportive and confidential space for clients. I enjoy working with individuals to maximise their health and wellbeing in an integrated and holistic way.
