If you have been diagnosed with the perimenopause or feel you suffer with hormonal imbalances; I am here to help you. I will support you in finding the root cause of your symptoms and create a personalised nutrition plan with aim for you to move from surviving to thriving.

Do you experience:

Heavy and irregular periods?

Mood changes, feeling irritable and tired and cravings?

Frequently feeling stressed and anxious?

Having trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep?

Feeling exhausted all the time with coffee being your daily savour?

Weight gain especially around the middle which you can’t lose despite your efforts?

If you answered Yes to any of the above, it is time to get the support you need.

My approach:

I focus on the whole person. This means that I try to find a root cause of your health problems by taking a holistic viewpoint assessing your diet, lifestyle, work/life balance, underlying nutritional deficiencies, sleep and relaxation, ongoing stress and more. This all plays into our general health and wellbeing.

I also offer hormone imbalance testing to identify exactly where you are with your hormones and then put a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan in place to get you back to feeling like your best self again. This is not a strict diet but a nutrition plan put together to fit you and your lifestyle. No one size fits all so my advice is tailored for you and only you.

Consultations are available through Zoom or Whats App video call, so you can work with me regardless of your location (UK or international).

All prospective clients are offered a free 30-minute conversation, giving you the opportunity to learn more about the process and ask me questions before committing to a full paid consultation.

About Me

I speak to women every day who reach their 40’s and start struggling with their hormones. The same was true for me.

I was cruising along quite happily in my 30’s juggling a busy career, family and social life. Life was sometimes a challenge but nothing seemed unsurmountable. And then in my early 40’s it started to change; insomnia, anxiety, heart palpitations and crazy heavy periods. I went to see my GP and was told that I was too young to be in the menopause and to try taking an anti-depressant. But I knew I wasn’t depressed and so went off to do lots of research to get to the bottom of what was going on.

I decided to take control of my health by adopting a holistic approach changing my food and lifestyle habits. I also worked on managing my stress. My symptoms improved and I realised how passionate I was to teach other women how to support their health through the perimenopause.

I received my Nutrition masters’ degree through the University of Worcester and I continue my education to keep up to date all hormones related making sure my advice is always up to date. I am also committed to evidence-based nutrition so I would never recommend anything which has not been scientifically proven and tested. You are in safe hands.

My mission is to give you tools which will support you on your journey through the perimenopause and out the other side!
