Menopause & Emotional Wellbeing Coach
I’m in peri too. It started about 5 years ago, whispering to me but I didn’t listen. I just kept on going until one day I just couldn’t cope anymore. The physical symptoms were one thing but the emotional and psychological effects were another and I eventually had no choice to pull the handbrake on my life. I was slipping down a big black hole and I didn’t know how to climb out. So I took time out and evaluated every area of my life and figured out what was and wasn’t working for me. I made some simple changes and some courageous decisions and now I am happier and healthier than ever. I found a person inside of me that I didn’t know was there and now here I am helping other women figure out what they want out of life and how to go about getting it.
I’m a certified Personal Performance Coach and an Emotional Wellbeing Coach. I’m also a Personality and Behavioral Assessor accredited by DISC and I work with women to help them overcome the challenges they face in both perimenopause and post menopause.
Every single one of us is different and our experience of this phase is totally unique so my approach is very much tailored to the individual. I’ll use some very unique and gentle methods to help you figure out what you want from life and hold a safe space where you can heard. Together we’ll build your self trust, confidence, energy and resilience. Then and only then do we set goals and build realistic and sustainable plans so you can achieve whatever your heart desires.
Before I became a coach I worked in a variety of corporate environments for 33 years so I understand the pressures of showing up everyday and challenges of navigating the professional side of life. Now I am passionate about supporting women through this transition so they can live in harmony with their true potential.
