WellWellWell Nutritional Therapy
There are many ways that diet and lifestyle can help to support a healthy transition through the perimenopause and menopause but a one-size-fits-all approach simply won’t work. The symptoms can be many and varied and no two women have the same experience, which is why I offer a personalised approach in my WellWellWell nutrition clinic, where I specialise in women’s health and the menopause.
I work with women who are looking for regular support and a flexible approach – some have chronic health conditions and others are keen to manage specific menopause symptoms or simply improve general well-being in midlife and beyond. My great passion is to make sure you retain the joy of eating delicious food at the same time as making smart choices for optimum health and well-being through midlife and beyond.I’m very proud that my clinic has won the London Prestige Award for Menopause Nutrition Clinic of the Year 2020/21.
If you’re looking for more general support, you might like my new book The Happy Menopause: Smart Nutrition ToHelp You Flourish, which takes a symptom-by-symptom look at how diet and lifestyle can make a real difference to the way you feel. My clinical work has also inspired me to publish 2 other books: Va Va Voom: The 10-Day Energy Diet and The Right Bite: Smart Food Choices For Eating On the Go.
Keen to break the taboo around discussing the menopause, I launched the popular diet and lifestyle podcast The Happy Menopause. Each monthly show covers a specific theme relevant to women in midlife, from dealing with anxiety, low mood or loss of confidence to managing hot flushes, weight gain or insomnia. My expert guests provide practical advice based on the latest research in a manageable 30-minute format designed to suit busy women.
