Emma Roache

Life Coach

Helping you to be happier and have better relationships in life and business.  I am a professional certified coach with the international coach federation and have many years of training and coaching experience behind me, but what my clients connect with is my personal experiences; growing up in an abusive home, being made homeless at 16 through no fault of my own, experiencing loss of loved ones many times and finding myself in an abusive relationship, all of which gives me a level of empathy, compassion and understanding which cannot be taught, this also gives me what I like to call a gentle strength, where I can create a safe environment for my clients to face and overcome some of their deepest fears or to voice their wildest dreams, with a robust, but welcome level of challenge to them safely out of their comfort zone.  Supporting people on topics which include, managing stress and anxiety, dealing with challenging relationships, achieving goals, learning to say no, implementing self-care and creating a better #LIFEworkbalance and everything in between

As well as this, I have worked within financial services, completed a BSc (Hons) in Combined Social Sciences and Criminology through the OU, travelled the world alone, worked in the voluntary sector, with women in the community, people with acquired brain injury and high risk offenders.  Leading me to also found my own social enterprise, Embrace PFC CIC, where I again use my lived personal experience along with my professional experience to support individuals who feel/are marginalised or excluded from society in East Anglia, but currently focusing on Norfolk.
