My soul’s purpose is to help women prioritize themselves so they can enjoy confidence, strength and energy as they face the challenges and changes of perimenopause and beyond. 

I’m a certified health, nutrition and mindset coach, and teach yoga, pilates and meditation as well. I know how challenging this phase of life can be; I’m 50 and have been “enjoying” perimenopausal life for over a decade now. 

I began experiencing symptoms of perimenopause very early in the game, with night sweats starting before I turned 32! The years to follow brought a slew of challenges and changes in my body and mind, from digestive and gut health issues to radical metabolism fluctuations.   All of this inspired me to make it my mission to find holistic and effective strategies for women like me to move through these ages and stages both gracefully and powerfully.

I want women to reclaim their health and happiness and feel supported while doing so! In pursuing this mission, I have studied and trained extensively, and in combination with my experiences, worked to develop and refine a comprehensive approach, and voilá… The Mind Body Rx Method was born! 

My signature approach layers mindset and mindfulness into nutrition, movement and self care tailored to YOU and your changing body (hormones, metabolism and all!) to foster strength, confidence and positive aging. I’ve been fortunate to use these tools to not only help me thrive through perimenopause, but to help women just like you get their groove back, and love the skin they’re in once again.

I am honored and excited to help women take charge of their health and rock this phase of life…and beyond!
