Catherine is a Hatha Yoga teacher and Mindfulness Meditation teacher.
Her passion and speciality is working in women’s health and wellbeing, and helping women to find inner peace, calm and balance.
Catherine has experience of working in the NHS as a nurse and midwife, before leaving to teach meditation and yoga. She brings this previous experience to her work, offeringholistic support to women during peri menopause, menopause and post menopause. Empowering women to make positive lifestyle changes during this transformational time.
Yoga – Mindful Yoga – For all abilities and new to yoga welcome. Mindful Yoga is the combination of Hatha yoga and mindfulness combined.
Mindfulness meditation – Learn mindfulness meditation and Mindful mindset living. Living from a peaceful place, where there is a choice to respond, rather than react, to life.
Nutrition – An introduction to vegetarian and vegan nutrition and healthy eating.
Pranayama/breathing techniques – Specific techniques known to help cool, calm and balance the body and mind.
Emotional management – When we feel frazzled and overwhelmed by life, often our mood and emotion is affected. Catherine shows you steps on how to bring peace, balance and calm into your life.
